1t salt
1t active dry yeast (we use Fleischmann's)
3 cups bread flour (we use King Arthur)
1 3/4 cup water or water and whey mixture
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Create a "well" in the center of the dry mixture and add water.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet with a spatula.
Make sure to incorporate completely.
Cover and let sit 6 - 24 hours.
Cut parchment paper to line your cooking vessel.
Preheat oven with cooking vessel to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Delicately place dough in the prepared and preheated cooking vessel and cover with lid.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove lid and continue cooking for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove bread from vessel and let cool on a cooling rack until just warm to the touch.
Enjoy!
If you don't consume the bread within a two day period of baking, store in the freezer and thaw portions for eating.
